All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, we will notify you of any delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer free shipping on all domestic (United States) orders. International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the destination.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

United States: 5-8 most likely but sometimes arrive in 20 business days.
Europe: 7-10 business days but sometimes arrive in 20 business days.
Rest of the World: 10-15 but sometimes arrive in 20 business days.

Shipping times may vary depending on location, customs, and local postal services as a result of shipping from several warehouses in different locations. So, sometimes the shipping period extended to 20 days.

Shipping Carriers
We ship through trusted carriers such as USPS, FedEx, DHL, and UPS to ensure timely and safe delivery. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your package’s journey.

Order Tracking
You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can also log into your Mastilva account to view the status of your shipment.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by your country. Mastilva is not responsible for these additional costs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at support@mastilva.com within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will work with you to replace the product or issue a refund.
